In what is being called a “game changing” report, the U.S. Climate Change Science Program released a report yesterday that concluded that the nation is already experiencing the effects of climate change and must act quickly to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
The report was overseen by the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
